Noting down rental companies we are interested in using in our future travels. While sites like Outdoorsy are great, there is no guarantee in quality of the rentals and there is a higher possibility of renting something that will be disappointing or inconsistent with the pictures presented. So a better route we have found is actual builders with campervans to rent. Here is a list of rental companies and locations – the idea being to fly over to these locations and renting a campervan instead of a car. A lot of the builders actually post on Outdoorsy so if the host is indicated as a dealer, the likelihood of a better rental is higher.

West Coast –

• Vancraft – with locations in San Diego California, Salt Lake City Utah, and Denver, Colorado, Vancraft is definitely one of our first choices. Only possible con is the mileage restriction of 125 miles per day.
• Scenic Campervans – located in the Sacramento area, this would be ideal for long term rentals or for getting around California as there are no mileage requirements but they do have a minimum night requirement depending on your potential destination.
  

• OffGrid Campervans offers rentals of Noovo campervans in Los Angeles. While mileage limits may be a drawback, renting is a great way to experience their vans firsthand. We appreciate the European design and off-grid features, though the Ram Promaster chassis gives us some pause. Renting one would definitely help us decide if this is the right choice.

Midwest

• Vanna rentals – made by Vanna camper vans. Pretty reasonable pricing. Mileage limits but viable and the vans are well-equipped.
• Wheelsuites – with locations in New Jersey, Orlando, and Michigan. Unlimited mileage. Can pick up in one location and end up in the other to drop off. Vans by ReadySetVan.

East Coast

• Vanture Camper Vans – Pennsylvania based company. Ram Promaster custom builds.
• Maine Adventure Company – 200 miles a day which is plenty for the East coast. Mostly Ram Promaster Chassis. Cheaper winter rates from November to April.

I will continue to update this page as I find more options. With numerous rental locations available, you can explore the United States and Canada comfortably in a camper van. Many rentals offer little or no mileage limits, making it easy to travel around your chosen region.

美國東岸地區：

Maine Adventure Company – 每日提供 200 英里的里程額度，對於東岸旅行而言相當充裕。其車輛主要採用 Ram Promaster 底盤，並在每年 11 月至翌年 4 月 提供較優惠的冬季租賃價格。
